Luggage Delivery Service Information
Thank you very much for choosing Hakone Suisen.
We are pleased to announce that we have started offering the “SAGAWA Hands-Free Delivery Service.”
With a simple procedure on your smartphone, you can easily send your luggage from our hotel to your home or to your next accommodation.
This service is especially convenient when sightseeing or traveling by train.
We hope you will take advantage of it.
1. Scan the QR code with your smartphone from either the Information Book in your room or the QR code displayed in the 1st floor lobby, and follow the instructions to apply.
2. After completing the payment, a dedicated QR code will be issued.
3. Hold the QR code over the terminal located in the 1st floor lobby to print your shipping label.
4. Please bring your luggage and the printed label to the front desk.
※ No handwritten shipping form is required. All procedures are completed online.
※ Payment is made in advance by credit card.
