[Notice] Regarding Our Official Partner Booking Sites

In recent years, we have confirmed several issues arising from “secondary sales” conducted through certain travel agencies beyond our direct management. 

These may result in the following problems:
・Reservation details are not properly transmitted to our hotel, and rooms are not secured
・Significant delays (sometimes several days) in receiving reservation information, leading to difficulties confirming bookings at check-in
・Discrepancies between the information provided to guests and the details registered with our hotel (room type, stay dates, reservation number, etc.)
・Rooms being sold at higher prices than those set by our hotel
・Reservations sold under different conditions from our official policy, such as “non-refundable” terms

For this reason, please note that if your reservation is made through a site other than our official partner booking sites, we may not be able to process any confirmation, changes, or cancellations at our hotel.
In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact the booking site you used directly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your kind understanding.
